Marvellous very central location and traditional and plentiful breakfast.

Brilliant family-friendly activities, friendly staff, great self-catering facilities, comfortable beds, spacious apartments.

Overall it is a famous and exceptionally comfortable hotel and we loved the stay, the location was stunning in the vineyard there. A nice touch is also the warm beverages in the snack bar. Recommend it to others😃👌

I like atmosphere there. Staff was very friendly and helpful but what is more important is that other guests were also very friendly. Localization on the map of Italy is ok but in the city is hard to get there and find the right way. We spend night in bungalow and I was suprised by quality of those.

We stayed there one night in April/May period and during night was quite cold - there is heating system in the bungalows but that time it was not working - so it was cold in night

Excellent facilities very large & well looked after campsite/resort. Resort is quiet hard to find by car but car is essential to get around. Good location to visit Florence, Chiant & Siena. Excellent pool area & good choice of on -site Restaurants & Bars. Stayed in Apartments at Villa Norceni which is very close to the upper resort centre.

Not many drawbacks apart from Apartments should have air-con & television. Whole resort should have better Wi-Fi especially for this day & age. Even if you pay 6 eur per day the connection is very poor.

Famous and nice place for holidays with wonderful view on the mountains of Toscany. Great to have a rustic restaurant with delicious food. Great place for exploring Figline Valdarno.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel on a hillside. The service here was exceptional, with staff attending to every request we had. The outdoor swimming pools were absolutely fantastic, especially for our children. The hotel also had a beautiful sun terrace where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The room amenities provided were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a spacious sitting area and a dining table. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could unwind after a long day. We were really impressed with the variety of leisure activities offered, such as the aqua park and the yoga class. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

However, standards have dropped at Girasole since we were there twice before. House maid did not dress beds-clean the room 11 of the 14 days. There was only live music 1 of 14 nights- towels were not replenished 6 of 14 days. When we highlighted this to management it was not sorted until a few hours prior to settling our final bill. All on site services have become very expensive. The overall hygiene & general upkeep of the site has diminished. I would certainly not have classed this as a hotel status. It is a camp site with 'old'converted villa/ outbuildings. Our previous stay was at the mobile home site. Overpriced with lack of service. Everything is an additional charge!

It was value for money. Staff made you feel welcome and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Rosalind in the info/tour office was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and gave sound advice re tours and car travel. Will definitely recommend/use again

The value for money at Hu Norcenni Girasole Village was incredible. We booked the apartments and had a spacious and comfortable room in a beautiful villa. The location was breathtaking, set on a mountain top with stunning views of the valley. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more gluten-free options without having to specifically ask for them.

Amazing castle-like house, very nice room with stunning views to the valley and mountains. Big yard with sitting places for lunch/dinner. Breakfast included.

During my recent stay at Hu Norcenni Girasole Village, I was impressed by the stunning views and beautiful setting of the resort. The apartment I stayed in was roomy and had breathtaking views. The shower had excellent water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and I especially enjoyed the freshly prepared pizza. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful pool located on the top of the village. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the scenery was truly amazing.

This is a beautiful place on the slopes of mountains, welcoming and full of life. We had everything we needed in the apartment, the supermarket, the restaurants and so on. The kitchenette was handy and equipped pretty much perfect in terms of kitchenware. There was enough furniture in the rooms and it was of good quality. The staff was helpful and energetic. Every problem was solved at once.

It was very cold on the first night inside the apartment. Of course, after I asked in the morning, the heating was turned on, and I felt very comfortable the rest of days, but the memory of the first expierence was so bright that I was worring all the time and touching the radiators to make sure that they were hot.

Fantastic location in Figline Valdarno next to vineyards, Florence, San Gimignano around the corner, great market all at the lower area of the resort and Florence from the nearby town.
